Refund Policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Digital downloads
Beats are digital content delivered immediately. Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), the 14 day right of withdrawal ends when the download starts, provided you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout.
When we refund anyway
We refund or replace the purchase if the file is broken or unusable, if you received the wrong beat, or if you were charged twice by mistake.
How to ask
Email contact@mgmyr.com within 14 days of the purchase with your order number and what went wrong. Since checkout is handled by BeatStars, refunds are paid back through BeatStars to the original payment method.
Services
For custom work such as production or mixing, refund terms are agreed in writing before the work starts.
